These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your reservations with Splash Cabo, located at Vicente Guerrero SN, Colonia Centro, Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico 23450.

Venue admission

Admission is restricted to guests of legal drinking age in Mexico (18+). Valid government-issued ID may be required at the door.
Management reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry or service at its discretion, including for dress code or conduct.

Reservations

Table reservations requested by phone or WhatsApp are confirmed only when we reply confirming your table.
Reserved tables may be released if your party has not arrived within a reasonable time of the agreed arrival window; let us know if you are running late.
Complimentary round-trip transportation applies to confirmed table bookings, subject to availability and scheduling.

Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. We may remove any guest whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive, without refund.

No affiliation

Splash Cabo is an independent nightlife venue. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Country Splash Cabo, the festival's organizers, or Paradisus Los Cabos. Festival names are used only to describe dates and location.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splash Cabo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Mexican consumer protection law.
